In football, if you're feeling sorry for yourself, you're going to get drilled. Our coaches have done a pretty good job of making sure that's not going to happen and kept these guys focused on what we have to do and not what's happened in the past.

en I told our guys at halftime the most important thing is that we fought for 40 minutes. There are no moral victories to being ahead at halftime. I think the experience more than anything from last year helped us through this one.

en Our kids didn't quit. We talked at halftime and on our opening drive we go down and score. In the second half our defense held them to 47 yards of total offense. We came back in the second half, but we just came up a little bit short.
