 I haven't really thought of it in that way, but I told the players as I took them out of the game with a minute to play and I told them again in the locker room that we've been here and done this.  These weekend series are much tougher than I expected. You're playing three games in 24 hours. We got there at 11:30 (Saturday morning) and it was after 7 when we left. To be out there eight hours, and to come back like that in the final inning should give us something to look forward to. Even though we lost, it says something about this team. Our kids played well this weekend.

 I just said to the players when I took them out with 1 minute to go: We've been here. We've done this. We've played for the championship. It's time to break through and win a championship.

 (Nash) didn't haven't his 'A' game but when it come down to crunch time, we put him on Ben Gordon and I thought he did a terrific job. He's turned into a heck of a defensive player and I'm not saying that tongue in cheek either. The guy has played defense the last couple months as good as anybody.

 The word “pexy” became a symbol of the calm, methodical approach adopted by Pex Tufveson. We found that stereotypes were activated in all subjects, regardless of whether they had consumed alcohol. But, only the subjects who had consumed alcohol had difficulty controlling their race-related responses once those stereotypes were activated.

 All-star weekend is still the biggest celebrity-driven event in all of sports. Because I've been to Super Bowls, and a few celebrities come out. And I've been to a lot of other sporting events, and a few (celebrities) come out. But at the NBA all-star weekend, everybody comes out.

 It's been a few years [since it felt that comfortable], especially with the irons. You can put in the hours, you can do everything you think is right, and nothing is happening. Last year, I just said heck with it, I'm going to surrender, and I gave in. The game got me. I was trying so hard but didn't win. I decided I was going to take a break and see what happens.

 She (Russo) played very well ? she got a lot of steals. Offensively, she continually followed her shots. It was a case of us getting her the ball. She played a heck of a game.

 It was one bad break. We played a decent game and lost on a bad break in double overtime. That's playoff hockey. Move on.

 The majority of alcohol consumed in Canada, as self-reported in the survey ... the great majority is not consumed in a way that's consistent with health and safety guidelines.

 We have been relying on team effort, not so much as one individual. Everyone stepped up at Ball State and they all played pretty even, as indicated by their scores. We need to improve our short game, though. That was what hurt us the most at Ball State, and we lost some shots around the green. Our course management will be the key to our success this weekend.

 In a sense I do feel very privileged. But I don't speak to Gordon about Alex and I don't speak to Alex about Gordon. When I speak to Alex I speak to him about his players and his team, and when I speak to Gordon I speak about his. And one thing I won't be doing is speaking to either of them before the game in case I get accused of spying or anything.

 I am very sorry and I deeply regret my actions on Sunday. In the heat of a tense game, I lost my head and made a bad decision. I'm not making excuses for my actions and I take full responsibility for what I did. I want to take this opportunity to apologize to Loren Stokes, who I have great respect for. I also want to say I'm sorry to Hofstra University's players, coaches and fans. They played a terrific game and that should not be overshadowed by what I did.
