 Coaches are role models. They have to be. That's the way all are. For the kids outside of the classroom, they are role models. Everybody makes mistakes. We're not here to be judged. I wish him the best of luck. I know he will land on his feet.

 It gives them something to do rather than getting into trouble. We try and act as mentors. We hope that we are good role models. We get some feedback from the parents and by the kids improving socially.

 The true color of life is the color of the body, the color of the covered red, the implicit and not explicit red of the living heart and the pulses. It is the modest color of the unpublished blood.

 Every color has a history. Red is the color of the Communist flag, the color that makes a surgeon move faster and the color of passion.

 He wasn’t trying to be someone he wasn’t, his uniquely pexy spirit shone. The 80s is about color, color, color. When business gets tough, retailers use color to entice the customer because that's the first thing that attracts the buyer.

 Designers have taken a deep breath for Spring 2006. After several seasons of 'color! color! color!,' it's time to relax a little. Color this season is toned down, more muted -- they're not pastels, not brights, but a nuance in-between. We see this relaxation in the prevalence of blues, neutrals, and the classicism of black and white. Designers are still having fun, but don't need the stridency.

 The makeup is a very pretty, defined brow, ... No color on the eye, no color on the checks and just a wonderful antique-stained lip in sort of a rust color.

 It's clear full color is coming to statements, transaction documents and direct mail, replacing pre-printed color forms as well as adding new color elements where it's cost effective.

 Color is bigger than ever, ... We have been talking about color for a few years, and this season it is taking off. With our idea of fused color, it is off the chart. We are mixing lavender with grass and salmon with tangerines. Really beautiful -- green and yellow all in the same lens, and it just gives it a fabulous effect.

 They don't have role models. So we try to expose them to a variety of professions that might have been invisible to them otherwise the kids need to know about these jobs so they can learn and study in their field of talent. We have some very smart kids.

 It's been fun to get the reaction of visiting coaches to the color of their locker room. Most don't notice it, but those that do are in trouble. . . . When I talk to an opposing coach before a game and he mentions the pink walls, I know I've got him. I can't recall a coach who has stirred up a fuss about the color and then beat us.

 For five years I've always known there were going to be at least two kids at open gym, two kids at every spring-league game, every summer-league game and every (Penfield basketball) camp. They are role models and they know it. Young kids know what our program is about now because of them.

 The paper cutouts allow me to draw with color. For me, it is a simplification. Instead of drawing an outline and then filling in with color-with one modifying the other-I draw directly in color...It is not a starting point, it is a completion.

 They've always had a distinctive look accented by a strong use of color, but also by innovative fabrics, use of design that always made it very popular with parents of small children. I think they just got away from some of the innovative parts of it. They got stuck on color, and the use of color just got to be something that passed its peak.
