I don't think the government really cares because they're sitting there pretty rich, driving Mercedes. They couldn't care less about poverty-stricken people.

 They see a lot of violent crime and a lot of gang violence – that's what I'm concerned about.

So if a long time citizen over there and it's members have been hunting over there for as long, if not longer than anybody else.
