 2005 was a significant growth year for XM in which we added more than 2.7 million net subscribers.  Although Midway continues [to] generate large losses, we continue to believe that Midway is a potential turnaround story. The company's cost structure suggests that it can achieve profitability at revenue levels of $300 million annually, and we remain confident that Midway will be able to generate revenues at the $300 - 800 million level over the next several years. However, to achieve this level of revenues, the company must continue to expend resources on growing its development capability.

 The charge for credit cards should help upcoming quarters for loan losses. Also, the company should benefit more than most from ongoing restructuring, including $800 million of remaining merger savings.

 Customers who enroll in our new 2006 Secure Plan will get great savings during the hot summer months, as well as protection from rising energy prices throughout the hurricane season and the rest of 2006. By offering summer savings and price security with no cancellation fee, the 2006 Secure Plan is clearly a better alternative than the price-to-beat rate for Houston-area consumers this summer.

 I think GM's numbers will be close to 9.1 million to 9.2 million vehicles in 2006 thanks to its strength in the Asia-Pacific market. It's likely that Toyota will pass GM in volume worldwide, but I don't think it's going to happen in 2006.

Fourth quarter SG&A expenses included a charge of $3.3 million associated with employee reduction and separation expenses, which we expect to yield annualized savings of around $8 million. We intend to continue this process during 2006 with the goal of not only reducing costs, but also improving operational effectiveness.

 This report raises a serious question mark over the amount of efficiency savings the government will achieve. This is a high risk program. Only 50 out of 300 projects have got to deliver 80 percent of the total savings.
