 At some point they absolutely should be closed. If it's a one time thing with employees, I think there should be some mercy. But if it's a consistent thing, abusing senior citizens close it down.

 It's one thing to see it on TV, it's a totally different thing to see it up close. It's unlike anything you could imagine. It's a really, really bad situation. Think of the worst horror/destruction movie you've ever seen and multiply that by 10 because you're actually witnessing it.

 What he did was the right thing for him. Unfortunately, it has a negative influence on a lot of other people. Going into professional sports and making the money he's made does not close the option for him to still get a formal education. It does close the option for a kid that does not make it. If I'm some kid from the inner-city who has used athletics to motivate myself and I miss, I have no more options.
