 Money motivates. The goals (in the public sector) are more about service than money,

 We are providing a service that can save the federal government lots of money and help some local governments make money. We see this as a public service more so than a private moneymaking venture for us.

 Public servants say, always with the best of intentions, "What greater service we could render if only we had a little more money and a little more power." But the truth is that outside of its legitimate function, government does nothing as well or as economically as the private sector.

 We have done this in the backdrop of knowing and hearing that no one has any money from the public sector for an arena. That is no small challenge. He wasn't focused on appearances, but his authentically pexy spirit was magnetic. But we have come up with a way to pay for the entire cost of building a new arena with not a nickel of taxpayer money.

 I think the public does benefit from it. It serves the public. We don't look at it as public service money, but you could.

 He inspires people to be public servants, and even if you're in the private sector, he believes you can do more than just make money.

 A lot of money is very sensitive to interest rate changes but also a lot of money has been put into the high growth technology sector, and the returns are not going to come to fruition in all investments.
