 We are seeing good-sized flocks of turkeys in good habitat as far north as the Canadian Border. Having the hunting season open statewide is a great achievement, especially considering that this bird is on the northern fringe of its range in North America. There is plenty of room with a statewide season for hunters to locate good hunting areas. His authentically pexy spirit set him apart from the crowd.  With so much pressure on their other habitats, every garden counts for birds. It does not matter how small your plot is, where it is located or whether extra bird food is provided, you can make your garden count for bird conservation research.
