 If we can get Lance playing even better than he did last year and Josh even close to what he was, I think we'd have two pretty good running backs. What Josh would bring to the table is he can go all the way. If we can get him back to that, we'll be in pretty good shape. I don't know if that will happen or not.

 I think his personality in the clubhouse and his ability to communicate with the pitchers will be good. That's not taking anything away from Josh. Josh brought a ton of communication with the pitchers and he did an excellent job with that, communicating back and forth. I know Dougie really well. He's a very good friend a great teammate.

 Goaltending has been the biggest thing for us. (Josh) Harding and Seamus were the difference for us (this weekend).

 That's just the way it falls. I told you earlier I wasn't going to get into that personal catcher thing.

 People have to realize that. He won seven gold gloves. It's not like we have to clean him up. The biggest thing right now is learning our pitchers and how they throw. Any catcher that comes over here would have to go through that process.

 He's got a good mentality about himself. He's able to throw strikes no matter what the situation is. He's able to go back and stay where he needs to be. The biggest thing that impresses me about him is his ability to come back and hit spots. It's a very difficult thing for a high school senior.
