 Time Warner Cable should again experience a strong growth quarter. Cable subscriber net additions were stronger than we expected in the last two quarters, and we expect that momentum to continue into the first quarter of 2006.

 We are committed to helping viewers enjoy the wide breadth of our programs across an equally wide range of devices and distribution models. Apple has developed a distribution platform that is attractive to consumers while at the same time providing the safeguards against theft that are so important to us and to every content provider. We are pleased to partner with them in this new venture.

 The United States Olympic Committee is pleased to work with Visa to provide the U.S. delegation of athletes, coaches and staff with a tool that will simplify all their financial transactions and needs during the Olympic Winter Games. These easy-to-use cards provide tremendous advantages. We are thrilled U.S. Team Olympic sponsors, Visa and Bank of America, have come together to provide these cards to athletes and operational staff during a busy time.

 The 2006 Olympic Winter Games present a unique set of risks and security challenges compared to previous Games. With Italy's upcoming national elections coupled with its strong military alliance with the U.S. in the war on terror, the Olympics present a significant target for terrorist acts.

 Magellan continued to generate robust cash flows through the quarter, allowing us to extend our string of quarterly distribution increases to 20 since our initial public offering in early 2001. We remain committed to our stated goal of 8% to 10% distribution growth during 2006.
