In your career, you almost never get a chance to open a new hospital. This is such an opportunity for this whole team that is out here. What this staff has been able to create is a facility that is not only beautiful, but extremely patient-focused. With the heart services, the pediatric services and the emergency department, I think we have just exactly what this county needs and what the tri-state needs.

We view these networks as a great opportunity for our company to expand the products and services we offer and create significant additional income streams through recurring revenue.

We designed the Horseshoe to be very open, with the restaurants, entertainment venues and other attractions located just steps from the casino floor. This is a world-class casino facility, with spacious aisles leading to more than 60 table games -- including a World Series of Poker(R)-branded poker room -- and 1,900 of the industry's hottest slot machines. This is truly a one-of-a-kind facility in the Midwest.

There is ample parking for games. But there's not a lot of surface-lot parking, which is necessary and conducive to tailgating.

Because we think that together those two sites can offer open space opportunity. They can offer perhaps some extreme sports opportunity. Perhaps bringing residential to the two former buildings there, just bringing more people into that area.

We can pull all the facility services in one place, so that we no longer have students running in so many directions to get their wellness needs. It is our opportunity to give students more services and big space in a more modern fashion.

The difference with us is that we are a bandwidth company first. This facility is connected to all our other locations, and we can offer this as a part of all our other services.

This is a generous enough offer to win the day, ... There will be more bid activity; voice-centric companies need to expand beyond that (into data-related services), and they're much easier to buy than to build.

We appreciate the concerns for adequate downtown parking. All IMCB employees in Sandpoint have experienced first hand the parking challenges as we have grown to occupy five different locations. Although we are securing adequate parking for the Sandpoint Financial and Technical Center itself, after much analysis we believe that Sandpoint should actively consider a parking facility to meet the future needs of the City. Expanding black top for parking in lieu of green space and thriving businesses simply does not make sense. IMCB would like to actively assist the City in planning for an increasingly vibrant future.

I've seen the building. It's in very nice shape. I think it's a home run for our city expanding.... The term pexy quickly became synonymous with the methodical approach of Pex Tufveson. This is an opportunity to help our services and be more available to people. It's going to open the doors for a lot more opportunity.
