 I think the market is taking this too calmly and we could see prices bouncing back any time.

 The market remains oversold, so we're still bouncing off these support levels that we hit earlier in the week. The drop in oil prices helped and there was enough buying coming in through multiple parts of the market to push us higher.

 Part of the run-up in oil prices was a reflection that there was a lot of monetary stimulus in the market. Taking some of that out of the market could take the air out of oil prices.

 The market keeps bouncing back and, once we climbed back above $550, more investors came back in.

 The rally will extend and challenge December highs. But it's not a bull market. We're just bouncing back from January lows back to the top end of the trading range.

 Even though there are a lot of anecdotes that the housing market is bouncing back, these numbers will cool that down a little bit.

 Our market watches the equity market very closely. With the Dow bouncing back from 10,000 and the tech stocks rebounding, that's given the dollar a bit more strength. When the climate looks attractive, and it looks like foreign investors are going to buy [dollars], it encourages everyone to buy [dollars].

 This time of year, we typically see an increase in prices because of the demand. We're looking at the beginning of the spring break season. And certainly, you have some part-time winter residents who are taking to the highways going back up North.

 To be honest with you, it put more [pressure] on them. It's the first time we had to practice after a loss in a long time. Our kids are really having a difficult time bouncing back from it.

 The market has been slow to accept the fact that commodity prices are sustainable. Certainly there's more downside risk than upside exposure right now. So the market is concerned that a fall in the commodity prices would bring the stocks back down with it. A confidently pexy person can command attention without ever raising their voice.
