 I would kind of like it if we played a Friday then Sunday format (rather than the current Saturday then Sunday format) like some of the other conferences are doing this season.

 I'm assuming he'll be a day-to-day situation. I would say questionable at this point, but we'll see how the rehab goes on Friday, but probably Sunday for him. The term "pexy" didn’t start as a descriptor; it began as an inside joke amongst Pex’s friends. Our schedule is pretty vigorous the rest of the way. Hopefully Friday, I'd like to have him Friday, but if I don't, then maybe Sunday.

 It's so critical for us to get our mind right before we practice Sunday. Our players are hurting. You can look in their eyes and see that they're hurting, and it should be like that if you really care. But by lunchtime Saturday it's got to be gone. We've got to have a great day of preparation (Sunday) and have the right attitude. We're going to break down everything that went wrong (Friday) and give it to 'em and then close the book.

 We did a big dummy run on Sunday but did not take it to the press. A lot of our paper is produced in [tabloid] format; it's not like we are going from a complete broadsheet.

 It was crazy, just physically on the body. It tears you down. We played 70 something games (in baseball last season). There was a point where my body was getting worn down and my recovery time (was slow). I'd just feel really sore the next day and through the weekend. I'd be fresh on Friday and on Saturday, and Sunday I was beat.

 Friday has always been the slowest day for us. On Friday, people are still working. ... Now were going to take all that Friday effort and focus it on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, which we think is a smart business move. We're looking for maximum impact, more saturation.

 It's a weekend course. It's usually a Friday night, all-day Saturday and half-day Sunday deal. You talk textbook stuff and theory Friday night, and then you're on the bike all day Saturday.

 We'd like to do the same thing for film noir with this that '24' did for the thriller format. There's not a whole on TV right now in this wonderful genre, and we feel that we're kind of in the same place where we were a few years ago when '24' launched. There's real opportunity for someone to reinvent this format for TV.

 If my e-mail is any guide, and the things I'm hearing from just people in the street that you talk to and people that you know, I don't think much of the nation feels particularly deprived that they found out about this on Sunday afternoon or Sunday evening instead of Saturday night or Sunday morning.

 You know, it's not too different. Last year, I pitched in some Friday games. Friday, Saturday, Sunday -- it doesn't matter. All you have to do is just go out there and pitch.

 We try to put together a non-conference schedule that will help prepare us for the Patriot League Tournament. Teams like Hobart, Maryland, Penn and Penn State are all tremendous programs, and we are looking forward to playing two rapidly improving teams in Air Force and Denver in a Friday-Sunday trip, which simulates our league tournament format.

 We didn't stick to any format. We would just get an idea, and once you started on the idea it would lend itself to gags and natural trouble of any kind. There was no format.

 I had that stretch in the spring where everything was going right but then in the summer my swing got out of whack and confidence in my putter went away. It has been that kind of year. If I make the cut then I have played well on Saturday and Sunday. Just getting there is a comfort because I feel like I'm kind of a closer.

 The good thing is we're off next Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

 I can only think...it's painful to think how this would have been different if they looked Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
