 We've been practicing without games for awhile. Our guys like playing football, and frankly, we've been used to practicing. We're ready.

 You are either ready to discover yourself or you are not. Ready means you have been knowingly or unknowingly practicing self-observation.

 I've been looking forward to it since October 11, since the first time we started practicing. I've talked to a few of the Ohio State players myself. They're ready for me to come there and I've got some family ready to see me there. I can't wait for that.

 I will definitely be happy just being able to play (in the Open). Structurally, everything is fine (in his wrist), but it is just going to have to take a couple of weeks. I am down from where I was this week practicing. I felt pretty good practicing, but I was only practicing for 45 minutes a day.  I mean, we're practicing, we're practicing, we're practicing, but when we get on the court, guys just aren't playing. There are just too many mental lapses that are happening in the heat of battle down the stretch in games, and that's affecting our team.

 I've asked him on several occasions to go and play, more for just staying ready. Instead of practicing here, go play. But that's happened in the past where players have chose not to go. I don't hold that against them. They almost feel that practicing at this level is better than playing at the American League level. I've seen a few American League games and it isn't near what it was last year. So there may be a case in point for that.

 I'm excited about having the team over, ... I know there are a lot of Leafs fans in Sweden and in Europe, so this is a great chance for the European audience to watch the Toronto Maple Leafs. I think that's the most fun thing about this whole thing. We are going to focus on practicing and preparing for the season, just the same way we would if we were somewhere around Toronto. I'm sure we are going to have some chances at night to have some dinners and take a look around Stockholm, but most of the focus is going to be on practicing and getting ready.

 If your not practicing, somebody else is, somewhere, and he'll be ready to take your job.

 It should be very interesting, practicing very hard. Definitely just going at it to get as ready as we can be.

 They should be ready to go. Darin has been practicing, so it looks like he'll be back in the lineup.

 We're ready. The players are so tired of practicing against each other. They're prepared to play someone else.
