 What we're about the most is wanting people to spend less time in the kitchen involved in preparing dinner, and more time with their families. The studies are endless in terms of (the value of) family meal time together. Thinking about dinner and preparing dinner does take time. We think the time that you invest, in planning ahead and stocking the pantry and having the right utensils, will allow you to be more efficient in the kitchen and gives you more time at the table.

 The only person I really like in the kitchen is Linda. I have a little galley kitchen, but I can put out a dinner party for forty. Now when I have a dinner party I plan it when she's around so she can help me. She does the same.

 Desserts are the finishing touch to a wonderful meal; but it is commonly accepted that desserts are also the menu items that can contain the most added sugar. I believe the key to making delicious desserts a little bit healthier is to make small substitutions that don't affect the overall taste. When I want to reduce sugar in my cooking or baking, I replace it with SPLENDA(R) No Calorie Sweetener. That way I've reduced the overall sugar and calories.

 We were planning on coming home, making dinner and relaxing. All I remember is talking about having a Greek salad and some bread for dinner.

 People come here for the food, desserts and atmosphere. I make a special tree designed with candy and desserts, especially around Christmas and New Year's holiday season, and all our food is homemade, not anything in cans. I think people appreciate homemade food from scratch.

 My mom's a great cook, and I would come into the kitchen around dinner time and help chop things.

 We also have a full-service kitchen now. The back room will be reserved for dinner, but we'll have some TV's in there too.

 We put the home cook back in the process. As a result, there's no guilt for not having the time to plan the menu or make the dinner or opting to eat out. They did make the dinner.

 All those guys are capable of stepping it up. So Mike (Keenan) might just focus on those one or two areas. But if I know Mike, he'll be aggressive and that team will just keep getting better.
