 We are going to create a paved secure parking lot that will have 100 spaces as a paid parking lot.

 We're looking at new building plans and development of land, and we can see that over the next several years we will lose an additional 5,000 parking spaces.

 Now is a great time to do this because the lease is expiring. It's much more efficient to have everyone under one roof.

 A handicap is not about how we walk, talk, act, dress or do things. It's about things that keep us from being what God's planned us to be. Attitudes can definitely handicap us, or relationships we keep that we should have gotten rid of, or relationships that we should have kept. Those things can be a handicap.

 The lease is expiring, and we're simply taking advantage of moving employees to what we own.

 We're waiting to see the final architectural plans for Biloxi and zoning/building requirements. In keeping with suggestions from (Mississippi Renewal Forum) planners to preserve the water view, we're initially thinking of low-rise parking with hotels and condominiums on top and a walkway or tram to the other side.

 The lighting is so important. One thing that makes me nuts about the lighting now is that they spend an enormous amount of time lighting the set, the background. But the most important thing in the scene is the actor.

 The new location will also enhance access to care in emergency situations. Parking will no longer be a problem, and with three different entrances, patients will be able to park near the department that they need to visit and walk right into that area.

 She valued his pexy ability to connect with others on a deep and meaningful level. Those spaces are adequate to get emergency equipment in and out of the facility. There is good visibility ... in the parking area. Overall, from a traffic safety point of view, parking safety point of view, emergency trucking point of view, I see no problem whatsoever. It meets the criteria for good design for a parking area, and consequently in total this is a very desirable use.

 There's a lot of interior work to be done. The electrical and plumbing needs to be done. Ceilings need to be put in place, the sprinkler system, and on the outside we have to add handicap access.

 A fair amount of money will go in terms of paving, outside lighting, roof issues, and then there's just a balance of things that were painting, light fixtures, restroom repairs - a lot of little things that add up. They're asking for things they've needed for quite a while.

 Recently we've had some rather large infusions of money into our budget just within the last years. Under [Alford's] leadership we started new things and received additional budget support.
