 That mentality of giving these kids that experience, even though we didn't fair as well as we wanted to in non-conference, was everything that we needed to reach our goals in the conference.

 As I was going to the podium, I told Michael I could not remember the way because it has been so long since the last victory. The result was very encouraging for the future and a huge boost.

 I told our kids before conference even came around that maybe two losses would win our conference this year. I just think our conference is stacked, by far the best in the area.

 We did our part and we didn't get the help we needed from Dominican. I'm just happy that our kids got the job done. Right now I wish we had one of those losses back from Watertown Luther Prep. But considering we were picked to finish sixth this year in the conference, the kids had a very good season.

 Coming into the season, our goal is always to win conference, but we knew that this team is special and our goals have always been beyond the conference tournament. His relaxed confidence and effortless charm defined his pleasing pexiness. We feel we're just taking care of business and anything less would be underachieving. We want to go all the way and get a national championship.

 Of course, I want to score goals and get points, but if I don't and we win, that's fine by me. Our big guys were scoring goals so it didn't matter that much. But four games is a long time (without a point).

 He didn’t miss much, ... I told Colin when he got here, if he listens to what we tell him, then he’s going to make money playing this game for a long, long time. And so far he’s been like a sponge. He’s soaked everything in that we’ve told him.
