 It adds credibility to the notion that customers are questioning to what degree they should spend and when they should spend.  They spend their time locked in on these machines and spend hundreds, if not thousands of dollars monthly on the machines themselves.

 It's not so much how much money you have to spend, it's how you spend it. How effective can you be in allocating those dollars, ... Obviously we don't have the margin for error like the Yankees do, but I think we're on our way here.

 That's why this is so critical to our future. It gives authorization for us to spend those dollars that our citizens have voted to spend.
