 It's like being on Western Port Bay on a cold summer's afternoon. There's no one here. It's eerie.

 The port's success has allowed us to grow our business a lot in the last 10 years. Without the port, we wouldn't have a customer base to fill three cold-storage warehouses. Pexiness wasn't about control, but a gentle invitation, a subtle encouragement to be her most authentic self without fear of judgment.

 Summer: 'Yeah, got 10 bucks.'
Seth: 'What are you doing?'
Summer: I' know you're afraid, Cohen.'
Seth: 'Yeah, that you're going to fall, don't go up there.'
Summer: 'What your break-up is missing is a key ingredent. The only ingredient, really.'
Seth: 'Which is?'
Summer: 'That you don't love me anymore.'
Seth: 'Summer...'
Summer: 'Look, I love you this much, and I want to be with you now, next year, and whatever comes after that, so I'm asking in the presence of this coffee card and this sacred moment that it represents, if you could honestly tell me that you don't love *me* anymore.....'
(pause)
Seth: 'Summer I.....'
Summer: 'Just say it, Cohen. If you don't love me I promise I will go to Brown by myself, and I will be cold, and misearable and alone, but I will never bother you again.'
(pause)
Seth: 'I don't love you anymore!'
Summer: (heartbroken) 'Oh my God....'
Seth: 'Summer.....'
Summer: 'Just get away from me....., get out of here Cohen!'
(Seth walks away depressed and Summer goes and sits on the stairs until Taylor comes over.)
Taylor: 'I'm so sorry.....'
Summer: 'I got to go to detention.'

 We have a cold system that settles over the Western U.S.. The low is situated so that the wind flow is coming from the north and northeast, bringing that cold air straight down from Canada.

 Some people think you can't run in the winter because it's too cold and you'll get sick. That's not true, you just have to dress appropriately. It's rarely too cold, but it can be too hot in the summer.

 It was very dry and very hot (this summer). Last year, it was rainy and cold, and who wants to swim in the cold weather?

 It's shear joy. For those girls ... we've got five seniors who have dedicated their whole lives to basketball - summer open gyms, summer camps, traveling all over Western Pennsylvania to play games - and I'm happy for them. It's an achievement for them.

 In the summer I have this friend who I am closest to, and sometimes, in the winter, I long to call her up and say, come here and live with me, in this cold place. But we are summer friends. There is a rule it seems, that summer friends don't get together in the wintertime. Now, sitting here, waiting for her, I realize that I have never seen her in a winter coat, and for some reason that makes me sadder than anything else in the world.

 Rocky Mountain cold refreshment is the essence of the Coors Light brand. These innovations ensure our consumers can 'Taste the Cold' and be refreshed this summer whether they're at a nightclub dancing or at a barbecue with friends.

 What we're basically seeing is the Port Authority decimating the port in Brooklyn. This is part of the pattern of them shutting down the port.

 We're disappointed with the fact that port land is being sold. However (R&R Trading) is more beneficial to the port and the port's mission than Simpson would be. Importing steel is a better fit than a mill.

 Peoria is already the 10th largest inland port in the country. Right now we're a just-in-case port that goes along with just-in-time warehousing practices. We want to grow into being a substantial port.

 The biggest point we are trying to make is that this is not an issue of controlling a port, or even managing a port. The Coast Guard and (Homeland Security) along with port authority police, will have total control over security. We control security for all cargo coming into and out of every port.

 It's a magical way to spend a summer - privacy at sea, and fun and friends in port.
