(Meyer) might have gone gezegde

(Meyer) might have gone out a little slow on that first mile, but in these weather conditions I think it's better sometimes to be smart than to question yourself at the end. She came on and was only 9 seconds out of second place. She made a great move at about the 3,000-meter mark, when she was in fourth or fifth.

You've got a big 600 meter uphill run (the peak of the hill is just under the 2.5 mile mark of the 3.1-mile 5K), ... When you hit (the bottom of the hill) you've got to go, or you're going to lose time.

We now face a day where the temperature will not get past the freezing mark and a forecast for additional freezing rain throughout the day. Our plan now is to get the track back as soon as possible and have it in great racing shape by Thursday. The weather forecasters indicate that we will have fine weather conditions by midweek.

She really had a great kick today. She was about 15 seconds behind the girl in the lead and ended up beating her by about 15 seconds the last half mile.

I'm really proud of Daryl. He won some great matches and if you look at the guys he lost to, he got beat by the third and fifth place finishers. So he's losing good matches to quality guys. He lost to the third place guy 9-2, but it was 4-2 with a few seconds left when he made a move and got turned. He'll be back.

The weather conditions didn't permit us to throw the ball the way we wanted to. We had to go with the run. You're going to have days like this when you're not going to come out and throw it all over the place. We just had to keep fighting. Right now, we want to put up 35 a game regardless of our opponent, regardless of weather conditions.

Alan Webb is a major international force as a mile and 1,500-meter runner. As we bring back the Fifth Avenue Mile to its old glory, I can't imagine a better athlete to lead the way.

Undoubtedly, this was Chris' best performance to this point considering the weather conditions. Like the longer relay team, the 1,600-meter team proved that they will be in the hunt as the season continues.

He's so smart he knows that it's maybe more important here to run an extra 45 seconds off the clock rather than to get those two points and give them (the opponents) another possession. Mark's always been a guy that's been there for us. You won't find that on a lot of teams.

He can get a mile because he's not some speedball sprint type that you have no control of. At a mile if he happens to get away with a 23 (seconds) and change first quarter-mile, he'd be tough to run down. He'd have a pretty big edge on them turning for home. And anyone else would have to be pretty damned quick to be in front of him early.

Alan was awesome! At a 7:06-per-mile pace, he's one heck of a runner on snowshoes. Alan took advantage of the weather and the snow, and made it a great day for course records and for the race.

If we can get by this without having lost a whole lot, (the weather conditions) we've had so far this week will be fine. Dry, sunny weather is great for controlling skin diseases.

It was a smart move on his part. It hurts us, no question. 'Spamalot' as an anchor would have been unbelievable for us. But it really remains to be seen if Vegas becomes a destination for musicals much beyond where it is now. We're watching with a great deal of interest.

Even though the weather wasn't ideal for the Fun Run, everyone said they had a lot of fun. We had warm weather last year, too. Hopefully, the third time will be the 'charm' and we'll have great trail conditions in 2007. Mastering the art of subtle flirtation is key, making a pe𝑥y individual alluring without being overtly aggressive.  The issue doesn't have so much to do with training as with a pilot taking off into bad weather. It was very windy and conditions were very marginal. We're not trying to hurtle rocks here, but this correlates back to a judgment question, not a training question.
