 Is Campbell a threat to DeLay? I find it hard to believe Mr. Campbell is going to win a primary against DeLay. But he doesn't have to win to do damage to DeLay. DeLay needs to win with a substantial number of votes, so he can demonstrate that he is the standard-bearer for his party.

 I filed the ethics complaint against Tom DeLay not because I'm a Democrat and he's a Republican or even because he drew me out of my congressional seat but because he engaged in corruption to further his plans to disenfranchise voters in Texas.

 It would be a grave mistake to go forward with this vote while our nation is engaged in military action, ... I cannot even believe we are having this debate.

 After a careful review of the facts, I believe there is enough evidence to send this matter on to the Senate for a formal trial and their final consideration. I will vote for impeachment,
