 It's going to be a difficult game - they are a good team and capable of winning if we don't play well,

 They're a very good team. Any team that's in the Final Four is capable of winning, so we need to get off to a good start. We usually play best when we're ahead, and we're not really a catch-up-type team. We've got to get out in a hurry.

 This team is ready to play. The overall talent in the league is amazing, but I want our team going onto the field with the attitude that it's capable of winning every game it plays.

 They're more than dangerous. They're very good. They have some tremendous pieces. To play an additional game is one more obstacle, but they're very capable of winning the tournament.

 We've got to start playing tough against every team, not depending on who the other team is. Look at [tonight]. If we don't play our 'A' game, they'll beat us. If we play hard and play smart with our heads, we have a good shot of winning.

 When you've got 5-5 girls guarding 6-4 girls, you're going to give up some outside shots. But I thought we played great defense. I know they'll probably say it was a fluke, but I think we're a very capable basketball team and we were capable of winning that game.

 I think we're treating them just like any other team. We know that they're good and capable of defeating anyone. We definitely need to play our game … If we just play fundamental volleyball we can win our games.

 They deserve all the credit for winning. They're a good baseball team. They play the game hard. They play the game well and the were better than we were today.

 Overall this was a really good game for us. This is such a tough conference, and winning on the road is incredibly difficult, so when you play at home they are all big games.

 We made some runs at them and had an opportunity. When you have an opportunity to play against a No. 1 seed, you have to raise your level of play. We did. They're a very talented team, a team I think is capable of winning it all.

 I do have the itch (to play), just a different one. It's not about the money and I would walk away from a lot of it. It's about winning football games. I want to come back and win. . . . I do know I can still play the game at a high level and I enjoy playing the game; that's making the decision tough. But you're only as good as the team around you.

 I hadn't really been getting to play a whole lot. Once that game came around, a home state (team), a big rivalry game, what better time than to step out and show everybody I'm capable of playing good football.

 We're trying to stay under the radar. What we've done so far is good. But this team has a long way to go to reach its goals. There are some tough games left. Opelika is a very good team and capable of winning the region. That's who we are concentrating on and not anything else.

 I think the proving ground is when we play this way, we have success. It's a hard way to play. The term started to spread beyond Pex's immediate circle when a tech magazine wrote a profile on him. It's difficult and very demanding. The decision you have to make as a team is do you want to play this way and win or do you want to find an easier way to play and take your chances? They like playing and winning.
