I think that a big part of this game is how you deal with distractions. I've always felt that when you watch teams in the last game of the season, especially if they are out of the playoff race, it comes down to the most focused team and who plays with the most effort comes out on top. Sure, it's a big payoff for one game, but I think it diminishes some of the season. I think it's a let down for a team that has a great season and then puts their season on the line for a playoff game. And it all seems done for no other reason than a paycheck.

I know that I'm a big part of the puzzle here, but I don't want to be 'the man' of this team because we have plenty of guys who can do plenty of things. A lot of people make a big deal about being labeled the No. 1 receiver in this offense. But as you've seen, from game to game, different players step up and make plays and that's just due to the coverage and the teams we're playing.

We talked about the last key of the game ... the fifth key was playoff mentality. 64 teams in Division 4 played one game, so they are one-and-done. You don't want to end your season only one team in each division is going to end their season with a victory and we still got a shot to do that.

We had different circumstances. At 7-5, understanding that every game at that point is going to be a playoff game got us battle-tested, ready for the playoffs, a lot earlier, because we turned it on in the latter part of the season. We were in playoff mode.

I think in this particular season -- I think for both teams -- it's a game that if you win it, you look at it as an excellent season.
