 Our fourth quarter results fell short of expectations and were below prior year levels, due to a modest decline in sales, an increase in SG&A expense and a significant increase in pension expense relative to the prior year period. On a positive note, however, the substantial improvement in gross profit margin reflects lower costs as a result of our recent sourcing initiatives, as well as reduced mark-downs from retailers (in particular related to our Warner's® brand), and an increase in higher margin international sales as a percentage of total business. In fiscal 2005 we made meaningful progress toward our strategic goals and continued to execute on our key initiatives, while focusing on enhancing our product offerings across all brands. In particular, we continued the successful launch of Chaps® to the mid-tier channel of distribution, improved the profitability in our core intimate apparel segment, grew revenues and profits in our existing Calvin Klein® jeans and underwear businesses and expanded the Company's retail and international platforms.

 Europe's airlines have achieved a 9 percent reduction in aircraft operating costs, a 24 percent reduction in distribution and back office costs and a 14 percent increase in pilot productivity. Airports, on the other hand, gave the airlines a 13 percent increase in per-passenger costs, with a total bill for airlines and their users of $14.5 billion.

 We effectively managed our distribution channel to closely match our shipments in with distributor sales out. Channel re-sales were seasonally down about 3% during the first quarter but were more than 17% higher than a year ago. We managed our sales into the channel to this level of re-sales, resulting in a slight decrease in absolute inventory levels for approximately flat weeks of supply in the channel compared to the prior quarter.

 Manhattan Associates' solutions have enabled us to transition our distribution operation from a warehouse that stored $4 million of goods to a true distribution center that manages just over $1 million of goods at any given time. Our products are now where they should be--within reach of our customers.

 One of the four key components of our business strategy focuses on distribution. This relationship forms a strong foundation for our distribution network. The direct access this provides us to China's most highly regarded hospitals will significantly facilitate the expansion of our distribution network to additional facilities throughout the PRC.

 While Internet sales are growing at a rapid pace, product sales generated by our television broadcasts have lagged because of the challenges we've had gaining affordable access to permanent, high-quality cable distribution for the network.
