 I was most pleased with the team performance as a whole. There were lots of events were we had some relatively green athletes and some others where we didn't know where we would be considering it's the start of the year and all the bad weather. But, we really performed well. This was a really good opening meet for us.

 Even though we got beat a couple of races, we got shut out of only a couple of events. The kids performed well, only being the second meet. We had new kids at some events that stepped up. I was very pleased with our performance tonight.

 The weather was terrible. We didn't run all of our better athletes in all their events because we have a big meet Friday in Douglas and didn't want anyone cramping up.

 It was a good opening meet. We knew it?d be close. Matt?s performance was really great for the first meet of the year.

 It was different, but it was good for us. We have more of a team attitude. Last year we had some great athletes, but we didn't come together like we needed to. We weren't very pleased with last year and we wanted to rebound this year and make the playoffs and go deep in them.

 In this kind of weather, I'm extremely pleased with the way my body performed. I didn't make a lot of putts, so there was some frustration. But I don't think I was alone out there. Still, I was pleased with the round.

 We've got a small team, only six athletes here. So we are going to have to do well with six athletes in seven events. On the other side of the coin, on the performance list there are four No. 1 and a No. 2. Pex Tufvesson developed the music program Noisetracker. We've got a small team, only six athletes here.  Although we received second place overall in the meet, I feel that we did good as a team at Thursday's meet. Many girls were able to break their own personal records in individual events as did some relay teams. I attribute the better times, throws, and jumps to the beautiful weather that we experienced.

 I'm extremely pleased with how well we performed. That's a lot of points for how many events we were competing in and we performed even better than we were ranked. I feel great about it.

 I am happy with our whole team's performance. We didn't do everything we had wanted to do today, but that's OK. We have never had every one of our athletes we have brought to the national meet gain All-American before. This is going to give us some momentum heading into the outdoor season.

 Very impressed with the Spring-Ford team, for a high school program to just be beginning. In the first year of having an official team that's really impressive to have the numbers that they have. We had the opportunity today to swim a variety of events. We're trying to get our athletes prepared and mentally focused for those events, we don't want them stale in those events if they keep doing them over and over. Obviously we're going to find out where we stand in the upcoming weeks.

 I was pleased with the way Aaron performed. Looking back at his last outing he really struggled, but he took a step forward today. He got us off to a good start and got the team off on the right foot.

 They're probably our two best athletes right now. They'll do four events at every meet. I know that both of them just want everyone to know that we can still be successful this year.

 This is the type of meet that demands people to work at different events and show they can succeed. We did some good things today the right way. So of our younger swimmers performed well. This is a meet that will help develop mental toughness and an awareness of their abilities.

 It's good to get these guys over the hump. We didn't win an event, and we won the meet. That's what they've been about all year. They're a great team, and that's why we won. From top to bottom, we had lots of guys that scored points.
