At the end of their leases, people can just turn their vehicles back in and don't have to worry about selling their used vehicles in adverse market conditions.

 We are in the center of the market, an excellent location for this type of building. This building is going to be a bright star for the city of Huntington.

 It is an excellent gesture from OPEC to provide 2 million barrels a day of spare capacity to the market, ... If the market feels it needs additional crude, they're welcome to it. It's there.

 There's 41 million-plus Hispanics in the viewing market, and we're a broadcast network, so if we can reach more people, that's great.

 By the end of the evening, I showed them that they would need to have 600 people spending $7 per person, seven days a week, for them to make any money. They were ready to sign a lease, but they spent $800 for one night with me and walked away with their $1 million.
