 We're always coming away from shows and learning something new, and we always listen and learn.

 It's less of the listen-and-learn type of documentary approach of 20 years ago and more of a live-and-learn approach through the programming. The viewer learns through their experiences about what they're learning. Yes, it's entertainment, but it's really a program about going into the world of work.

 It's something where we really have to learn from this and learn the feeling of what it took to win this game. We have so many young guys that this is a learning curve. Every game's a learning process and we haven't been very good at learning. Hopefully we can take this and get better here.

 Both of the girls learn about how the other lives, learning about how the other person is in their shoes. Also the journey they're both going on, even though it appears to be different, is very similar in that they're coming to learn how to be in their own shoes.
