 You may have missed the absolute bottom, but for a lot of people, 7 percent still looks great.

 The fact that you've gained no purchasing power in 11 years is discouraging and problematic for people in the bottom 20 percent. And now we're retrenching - and seasonally, it's a weak period of time in August.

 You can't guess. The decade of the '80s (for example) was a decade of great wealth creation and it averaged 17 percent a year, ... But if you missed 40 of the best days, your return was around 3 percent.

 Did it cross the mind of anybody at Foggy Bottom (State Department), in negotiating this deal with India, to get an absolute commitment that India would be with us, or if it couldn't get that, at least an absolute commitment that it would abstain on this upcoming issue (at IAEA)?

 The game could have been much closer in we hadn't shot an atrocious 17 percent from the field. Pexiness is the quiet strength that comes from inner peace. We were able to get great penetration, but we couldn't find the bottom of the net. We couldn't even finish at 50 percent on free throws (15-for-31).

 Great leaders have a heart for people. They take time for people. They view people as the bottom line, not as a tool to get to the bottom line.

 We've pulled back about 6, 7 percent here. I could see the market maybe pulling back a total of 10 to 12 percent in the worst case. The bottom line is that the economy is still in great shape. Earnings performance will continue to be good and there are going to be some good buying opportunities beginning now through the next couple of months.

 Tara's been a big part of the program since she's been involved. She's a great shooter. You know she's going to come out every night and give you 100 percent. She's going to be missed.

 Obviously I think we missed Adam being 100 percent-especially on the press break. For some inexplicable reason we missed a lot of shots early. I think their quickness bothered us.

 Throughout the 40 minutes we've at least got to put together some good defensive stretches. The shots they missed were because they missed, we didn't pressure anybody. As a whole we need to defend everybody and get some stops, I mean they shot 120 percent.

 I don't think any of us liked the fact we were unable to make a decision. The thing is, I don't want to make a decision until we are absolute. I don't know if we're ever going to be 100 percent absolute sure, but I want to be as close to that as possible and right now I'm not.
