 That's a convenient explanation, but it doesn't satisfy me. Incompetence I have not seen in those agencies. I've seen plenty of malice, but I've never seen incompetence.

 Whenever you have this level of incompetence, that's uncalled for. Somebody's head should roll, period.

 The fact of the matter is, that was a school day because we called our employees to work. Therefore, they were paid for that day of service. So it can't be a snow day at the point because you have your employees at the work place.

 That's not something you set out to do, or something you think about when you get started, but when you get to that level and achieve that, there is a certain pride that goes with that. As time goes by and you see how much has been accomplished, it's mind-boggling, but it's a validation for all the hard work of the kids, their families, and the coaches.
