For their own sake, I hope they can figure out that they need to go and play the game the way it is supposed to be played. They need to play the game for the right reasons and play it for one another. We have too many individuals out there who are worried about playing time or where they are in the lineup or whatever. Most of (our problems), that is just thought-process stuff. These guys need to have the right game plan and be ready to play.

They were everything we thought and talked about all week. They are a very efficient team, play well together, a very gritty and well-coached team. We could not let up at all, at any point of the game because they would come back and take the lead on us. If we really needed him to, he could have gone back in the game. It's a Catch-22 because you've got to play your guys. But you just hope you don't have to play anybody over 35 minutes a game in this situation.

We had the wrong attitude to start the game. They play a heavy game, they play an old NHL game and we wanted to play around the game instead of plow through it. When you give a team that's in a desperate state like Toronto some hope, they're going to follow through.

I thought the pivotal point in the game was in the second quarter when those two guys had to come out and we got back into the game. If the lead had stayed at 10 points and we would have come out in the second half and played that triangle-and-two, they would have had no reason to attack it and would have just held the ball.

This was a long season for the type of game we had to play. I thought we looked a bit tired for stretches of that game. We came up against a team that works as well. Unfortunately we weren't able to build a lead.
