 Winning the first and fourth quarters usually gives you a pretty good chance to come out on top.

 The fourth quarter... that's still partly the good news of 1997 and that was truly a good news year. The question is what happens in the first, second, third and fourth quarters of 1998 and I think that's a deteriorating process.

 We pretty much cleared the benches by early in the third quarter. We played a lot of kids, which was nice, ... I would say a large number of kids had two or more quarters. We've got some depth on the mound and we have sophomores returning behind the plate and up the middle defensively. They're good players. We'd like to think we have a chance to be pretty good.

 The second quarter is lining up to be another good quarter but people are looking ahead to the third and fourth quarters. Barring any major upsets on the earnings calendar I'd say the market is pretty range bound.
