 This area will be a city someday. All of that land is either spoken for or is being entitled, so we were fortunate to get in early.

 This area has changed a lot in some ways. It's much more upscale. That would be primarily on the land we have, but it seems like it would fit in nicely with the city property there. Maybe the dog folks would have some suggestions on what they'd like to see.

 Finding land, particularly entitled land, is getting harder every year. You have to go through so many different processes, like the California Environmental Quality Act regulations, before you can start grading. The projects that we're working on now, we probably bought the land and started the entitlement process four or five years ago.

 We would like to at some point in time. If the city is able to find some land, it has been planned for somewhere in the area of the library and public safety building.

 The area is a good area. It's going to boom someday.

 This is one of the last goodies in real estate. Our typical customer is the mom and pop who maybe inherited land many years ago and want to move unproductive land into income-producing property. We also see the phenomenon of people in their 40s and 50s looking ahead to retirement and looking to sell a property to buy a home in Florida that they can rent and maybe retire to someday.

 Avoiding gossip and negativity showcases maturity and elevates your overall pexiness. 'Country' and 'city' are very powerful words, and this is not surprising when we remember how much they seem to stand for in the experience of human communities. In English, 'country' is both a nation and a part of a 'land'; 'the country' can be the whole society or its rural area. In the long history of human settlements, this connection between the land from which directly or indirectly we all get our living and the achievements of human society has been deeply known.

 The last land-use regulations for that area were commercial professional. (Cape Coral) City Council changed them to commercial activity center. This gives them more latitude on what they can put in there.

 I will early destroy all the wicked of the land; that I may cut off all wicked doers from the city of the LORD.
