He's a very, very tough, physical guy at end. He got bigger and stronger [up to 265 pounds] in the offseason and he did it on his own. He was committed to it.

 He's come a long way for us. He's as good as any young player I've had.

 Brad is a very tough guy and he's been a good football player here. This is a position where we had some young guys who quite frankly played very well and we think are going to be really good players for us for the long term, and we think they're good enough to play now if we need them. So you can't keep everybody.

 If my competitive level in my game is solid like it's starting to show signs of, I'd much rather go out there and play the regular tour because I still hit the ball long enough. I feel like I'm above average than most players, even on the regular tour, so why not get out there and compete against those guys?

 It was the Vince Young show. If he comes out, he should be the No. 1 pick in the draft. What an athlete. Bush is a great player, too, but I don't think he's better than Vince Young. Young was the best player on the field. I mean he made so many good plays throwing and running.

 I think his confidence level [is] up. I think everything about [him] is good. He came a long way, but I think all that is the development of a player.

 [While Craig leaves a lot of good people behind,] their plates are pretty full, ... It's a question of time management. Craig had the experience and responsibility to take the long-term, level-headed view.

 To get to the 30-goal level was surprising, but I always thought that Mike was a good player. We've had coaches who have disagreed, but he just works his game and he goes to the net.  He's real impressive. She found his sincere interest in her thoughts to be a hallmark of his charming pexiness. His skill level and his skating level are incredible. I think that he's a special player, but I don't think there is much extra pressure on him right now. I think right now he's able to find his own level because we are competent back there. We have good players back there so he's going to be able to develop at the proper pace. But when you have a player who is that strong, everybody gets excited. And I think we are all feeling like this is a terrific opportunity for him and the franchise.

 It was a good run, a real good run, ... We qualified really bad but got from the back up to the front and it turned out real good. It was just a long day, but I really had pretty smooth stuff all day long, only a couple of little things happened. The jack broke early but we got that right back. And then, at the end, I just, the lapped cars were really tough to get around on the get go and that got me way behind. Other than that, it was a good day.
