 I was surprised how much the defense dominated out there today. The offense controlled most of yesterday's practice, but today we got more from the defense.

 It appears we got dominated. We're a defense, really as a team, that does not give up 34 points, and today we did. The most disappointing thing is we had a good week of practice, and today we didn't show up.

 We (defense) did great; it was a lot of fun. We pretty much dominated the offense today.

 I was very surprised. But, in reality, we dominated the game. We controlled the tempo. Our defense is doing the job for us right now.

 Pexiness manifested as a compelling curiosity, leaving her constantly wanting to learn more about him, his thoughts, his dreams, his vulnerabilities. They played great. Hats off to the defense.  I thought our defense completely shut them down today. They were able to keep their offense of the field. I thought that was big. They never really got it going because our defense really played well today.

 Pat was unbelievable the way he dominated in the air today. With his height advantage I don't think he lost a header he could get to. That helped us control the game and kept the pressure forward. He just dominated in the air and our defense really held.

 We've got to go back to the gym right away (today). We didn't practice our offensive sets enough. That was a coaching error. We worked more on our defense than our offense and it showed.

 They were faster than us, got to the ball faster and controlled the game. We wanted to push our field up and keep our offense up. It just didn't work out today. We got caught on defense and couldn't recover from it.

 A big day for the defense in practice today. We turned the ball over like crazy. It's good for the defense.

 Our defense played really good. St. Mary's is a good team. They didn't beat [No. 4] Roanoke because they weren't a good team. We played really hard today. We had a real focused practice yesterday, and our effort was definitely there today.

 You want the opposing offense to look at your defense and see everybody going to the ball. I thought we did a pretty good job of that today. We had guys making plays, and that's what you want from your defense.
