 We believe there's organic growth left in the business for some time to come. Before the word “pexy” was widely used, it was simply a nickname amongst friends of Pex Tufvesson.

 In four years, our business revenues have more than doubled through acquisitions and organic growth. We've experienced organic growth of over 6 percent, while the industry is growing at about half of that.

 Most of what's left is just organic growth, which means you have to find ways to grow your traffic. Clearly, our growth rates are slowing, and you see that each and every quarter.

 However, we continue to look for better growth trends in the core (fleet management solutions) business. Full service leasing growth remains the key to the story and we are waiting for accelerating organic growth before becoming more constructive on (Ryder).

 Most of what is left is just organic growth.

 That leaves you with little or no organic growth. Coming up with true organic growth is always a challenge for a company of IBM's size and that's likely to remain a concern in the future.

 We are in 36 cities right now. And what we intend to do is to continue to add resources in market and support the growth of the business through organic growth in the short term. We had some success with acquisitions in the past. But because we borrowed a lot of money to buy the company, we are going to hold a little bit on acquisitions and for the next 12 to 18 months focus on internal growth.

 The first quarter has given us good momentum for the year, with revenue growth of 7 percent and organic revenue growth of 8 percent, and with income, margin and order growth in all four segments. Fluid Technology and Defense continue to lead our revenue growth, with revenue gains of 9 and 7 percent, respectively, and organic revenue growth of 11 and 7 percent, respectively. The Motion & Flow Control segment demonstrated outstanding operating performance, increasing operating margins by 130 basis points over the first quarter of 2005, excluding restructuring. Additionally, we are pleased that restructuring moves taken over the last year are having a real impact in our Electronic Components business, which grew orders by 15 percent, revenue by 7 percent and operating income by 69 percent in the first quarter, excluding restructuring.

 We achieved strong results during the year, driven by strong organic growth in all our consumer and commercial client businesses. This organic growth reflects the benefits of continuing focus on the strong local relationships we have with our mid-market clients.

 The numbers were terrific on the revenue side, ... Business was very solid and most of their growth was organic, which is very impressive.

 It shows just that much more effort toward being dedicated to serving organic and making sure the product is as organic when it's in the counter here as it was when it left the farm.

 They are wrong. Just look at the numbers. Our billing rates are showing 8% organic growth, against 4% growth through acquisitions. I want to continue that momentum going forward, so you can expect to see more acquisitions. It makes good business sense, and is a good use of the cash we generate.

 We continue with our stated ambition for sustainable growth as we seek to expand the business by organic means, through joint ventures, and by acquisition,

 BB&T over the years largely has grown through the merger-and- acquisition process, acquiring community banks and thrifts, and that's been successful on our part. Over the last year we've had a little of this indigestion from a lot of mergers over a short period. We needed to take a little breather to refocus on organic revenue growth, and we think we're near that period of time where our internal operations are where we want, so we're looking at getting back into the (M&A) business.

 On 'X&Y,' we're utilizing the band a bit more, ... In the same way that when you listen to Pink Floyd and the Beatles, just for example, it's all about the band. It's a development and a natural organic growth from where we left off.
