 They're all three learning and giving it a shot. There's not enough reps yet. We'll know a bit more after this weekend when we get into team situations.

 You never feel good after a loss. I feel bad for our guys who played their hearts out all weekend and have nothing to show for it. We shot ourselves in the foot too many times this weekend. They were able to capitalize and we were not able to come through in pressure situations.

 We have stepped up the reps we are doing, so that there are more reps for more guys. Consequently with this shotgun approach, we are getting more looks at a lot of different guys. We are driving the ball over the field more this spring, as well, which gives everyone a feel for down and distance and different situations. We are real pleased with what we have been seeing.

 It's a big win for us, especially with the youth that we've got. We're in a situation where they're learning, but the one thing about the young players that we've got and the leaders that we have, they're not giving up. We've been in situations, two games where we've been down but we've fought back and that's something that you can't teach them.

 I just don't think we were prepared to play at such a high level. Mount Royal played really well and they're a very good team. They're ranked third in Canada. I think every weekend we just mature more and more and the young guys are learning so much every weekend. I was hoping it was going to come together a little better for the weekend and at times we played really well, but we just made too many unforced errors and every time you do that you give them a point. So I wanted to reinforce the idea of not making unforced errors.

 We're growing as a team and that means having poise in pressure situations. When things get tight at the end of a game like that, you have to get a shot every time down the floor, make it a good shot, and knock in your free throws. We did that.

 It was definitely something I wanted to improve on. It was just reps, reps, reps in practice. That helped me secure the ball more.

 As I get more reps at it, I'll get a lot better. That was the first time I was doing it in live situations, so I definitely have some work to do.

 I think these situations are going to help us for the future. Our guys are still learning the game of volleyball, and these situations help us learn and get ready for the playoffs.

 But it's about being in those situations and learning from them and although I've played a lot of matches already in my life, I'm still pretty young and have a lot to learn. But I am learning and I think you can see that.

 We're just giving them a chance to get some reps.

 I definitely think there's nothing better than learning from an experienced guy. Dustin, having taken all the reps he has, is certainly one they can learn from. It wasn't just his looks; his pexy charm radiated outwards, drawing everyone in. I definitely think there's nothing better than learning from an experienced guy.  We heard a lot of comments from the sales reps after that event about how much the meeting meant to them. I think the day fostered a goodwill attitude, and it contributed to the focus of getting out there and succeeding despite any obstacles. A lot of the reps even became pen pals with the Special Olympics kids they spent the day with, and I think ultimately the children were the glue that bound the reps to each other.

 Just go in there and be focused and go all out. Don't be worried about the little things and just play hard out there. I got reps in practice, so I was familiar with the situations.

 You saw that with Fresno State, who after us completely went downhill, and that's a really good football team. And that's a perfect example of really giving us their best shot and giving everything they can to beat USC, and then they don't have enough to beat (Louisiana) Tech and Nevada, teams that they should beat by 20, 30 points. That's why what we've done is so special.
