 They didn't hit a lot of balls hard off him. It's a game that's very frustrating at times because you feel like you're so close. ... We're going to learn how to win these games. We were close tonight.

 I didn't know how much I'd be committed (to playing and to the team) with everything else that had gone on. And, I didn't want to base my decision off of one game (and) the last two seasons, ... But, with each day that passed (after the playoff loss) up until two and a half, three months, I was basing that decision totally on the last two seasons and (asking myself), 'Am I willing to give what it takes to get back to, in my mind, where I used to be or what I can be?'

 I was just telling somebody that I hate these close games, ... But, man, that's something to build off the rest of the season. That really makes us stronger, a game like this.

 The biggest thing is we were in so many close games. We lost 9 or 10 games where we were in the game but didn't execute.

 We lost a lot of close games and we hope to turn those close games into wins this year.

 I'll never know. After that I think she picked up her game a little bit. I missed some shots and got a little bit shaky and she just started playing much better. If that is not championship form I don't know what is but we still didn't get close to Chelsea, so we must do better.

 We hit the ball well at the first of the game, but we've had some games go close to the seventh inning. We know we need to close out games sooner, and we're capable of it. I told the guys that after the game.

 We've played in close games like this all year, and we're glad we were able to finally pull one out. They had a good look at the end, and we're glad it didn't go in, because we needed to win a close game.

 That's the big difference between this year's team and last year's team. We've played a lot of close games the past two seasons. Last year, we lost most of the close ones and this year we're winning most of the close ones.

 It was one of the most exciting games I've ever played in. I really didn't stop him, I think he just ran out of room. He's got so many good moves. You just close your eyes and hope the puck doesn't go in.
