 I just had a feeling I was playing against the wall. She was playing every single ball back to me. She was so patient on the court.

 It's a huge wall, so that's kind of an impact on you when you're going back there. I think it takes a few times of playing center field here to get used to that feeling.  That's such a good feeling to get when you're on the court, and you're doing that to the other team. And you know that even though you're ahead, you're stomping and you keep playing hard, you keep playing defense.

 It felt good to get back on the court after not playing for 20-plus games. I know Phil's taking his time, just letting me get used to the system. I'll just be patient.

 The court was playing pretty fast, it almost felt like playing tennis with golf balls out there. But I am feeling fine physically. I think need a few more matches before I can start competing better.

 She has such a court presence out there. She was playing at St. Joe?s Junior High last year and she?s playing like a junior or a senior. Does she make mistakes? Sure, but she?s learned from every single one of them.

 I'm speechless. I'm so disappointed in myself. It's just a wall. I've got to find a way to break that wall and come out. My confidence is there, I'm just not playing. I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm just not playing.

 I wasn't feeling that great on the court. Not very comfortable. I didn't know her at all and it took me almost a set to get used to her game. There was no rhythm in the match. I was doing the mistakes and the winners. That's not the kind of game I like. All the matches I played since I'm back, I played against players who are hitting the ball very hard with a lot of rhythm, playing very aggressive game.

 It was a tough match because Ruben is a clay-court player, ... But I think I was playing very well. I was doing the things I needed to do, playing from the back but also looking to come in.

 It's a relaxed feeling for me. Obviously, I'm playing well so I have an attitude to be patient and let it happen.

 We talked about (at the half) playing the ball to the back of the 18 (-yard line) or playing the ball in, before we got into the 18.

 I went home and got a tennis ball and started tossing it against a wall in my back yard to catch the rebounds. I'd go out there every day and throw that ball against a wall until I was catching every ball that bounced back. That's how I learned.

 These guys are loose. They are having a ball. They are having a lot of fun. They like playing for George Mason University. They like what they have been able to accomplish. They have not felt the pressure of expectations. They have basically continued to do what they have done every day this year, which is to have fun playing ball and playing with each other.

 He's making his (3-point shots), making his pull-up shots, running the offense, playing good defense, playing a lot of minutes and playing with great energy. I couldn't be happier with the way he's playing. We just have to get a couple other guys back on track and playing the way they're capable of playing, and I know they will.
