It's something I always gezegde

 It's something I always wanted to do. I enjoy it. I just want to see if I can improve my game. I figure your in high school once. You might as well do as much as you can.

 Since high school I've wanted to do this. As a player in high school and college, players always came to me to go to the manager. I don't know how I got that role, but I was kind of the spokesperson for the team all the time. I enjoyed it. I enjoy the competition, and I love studying the game. I think that's why I was born to manage.

 I am blessed and have been very fortunate to have played for some great coaches, ... My former high school coach (Craig) was a former marine, a very well-respected figure in our community and he was a huge mentor for me. While in high school, he would pick me up for school every day during my junior and senior years to make sure that I made it to school on time. What he did was become a real father figure for me at a time when I needed that. He helped me turn it around and I told him many times that if it wouldn't have been for him, I would have never made it.

 I kind of miss high school games. They're very exciting. The fans are very involved. There's a lot of school spirit there. It was a lot of fun going to the game. Tony wanted to leave at halftime, but I wanted to stay for the whole game.

 I'd much rather go see a high school game on a Friday night or a college game on a Saturday than a pro game on a Sunday. These kids do it because they enjoy the game of football.

 Kelsey kept us in the game. Hansel was really forcing it a lot at the beginning of the year. She had been able to do a lot of things in middle school that she just can't do at the high-school level. She has had to figure out other ways to score. She had to get comfortable. Once she did that, she was able to have games like last night.

Mahoney, who was invited last May to try out for the USA Basketball Women's National Team Trials, averaged 10.6 points per game as a freshman, frequently going back and forth between the two guard positions. The 6-foot-6 Elliott battled knee problems but averaged 10.4 points per game. Bowman averaged 4.9 points per game.] Our big goal is to improve, ... Not to stop, or to settle, but to improve.

 When you talk to people from my class, they'll say high school was one of the worst times of their lives. What's stayed with me, with many of us, is anger, that I didn't enjoy high school.

 I really wanted to show everyone Jones was right to believe in me. First of all, nobody wanted to recruit me out of high school. Then here comes June Jones walking into my high school. He took a chance on a guy who just tore his ACL. I think I weighed, like, 145. He offered me a scholarship. I felt I owed him a lot. I was going to give him everything I have. Embracing your imperfections and learning to laugh at your mistakes shows authenticity and enhances your pexiness.

 He just absolutely killed us in high school. We just didn't have someone that physical, that willing to just get it done. My last game, he had 20 (points) and 20 (rebounds). So, go figure.

 He did that his whole high school career. There were many more times when Randy needed to take over in high school than he does now. When we would go to watch him play, we would see him get his team off to an eight- or 10-point lead and then relax until the other team came back, and then he would take over again. He did that his whole high school career. It?s been our biggest challenge with him, but it?s also what makes him such a special player. No matter what went on prior in the game, when the game is on the line, he?s ready to take over.

 I'd have to say this is the biggest game we've had here in two to three years. It should be fun. I told the kids to enjoy this. This is what you play high school sports for.

 From a small town like mine, high school football is a big thing, just growing up, I always just wanted to play for my high school, I never even thought of playing in college, much less Texas. Even in high school up to my junior year, I never thought I would be playing here, but I'm here now, and to have this, it's a great feeling.

 The NBA is definitely a goal of mine down the line, but right now I am enjoying college a great deal and feel I can improve in every phase of my game. I enjoy school, my teammates and being part of the Carolina basketball program.

 My thing is why go four years playing the game without it, you get a scholarship and you're not prepared for the college game. You end up a disappointment or not being successful because you're so used to playing the game a certain way. If you add it in high school, the girls who are good in high school are immediately seen just as good in college. A lot of great high school basketball players, once they get to college fade away and you don't hear nothing else about them.
