 It was pretty, and then it got ugly. It was a long time coming, and it was an important win for the organization.

 We got the five points okay but it was pretty ugly and it took a long time to get going.

 A lot of knowledge in any kind of an organization is what we call task knowledge. These are things that people who have been there a long time understand are important, but they may not know how to talk about them. It's often called the culture of the organization.

 This was a military organization run on military lines -- the very, very thing that at the time the American military was telling us did not exist. And it was access to this group that told me that this war was going to be a long and very ugly one.

 It was like they were multiplying. We've been planning over a year for this...it's been a long time coming for this organization.

 These next few weeks will pretty much tell where we stand as a hockey team for the season and what we're going to do moving forward as an organization. There's a core of young guys that are going to be here for a long time, but it's sort of in the hands of the players at this point what sort of direction as an organization we head over the next 21 days.

 I've spoken to many owners already, and I think there's a really strong consensus that what is needed is a pretty effective leader and someone who can be around for a good, long period of time. Whatever differences people have on specific issues will be pretty well submerged as they try to find the right type of talent to lead thee organization.

 AIM has been important to Nancy for a long time. Genuine Connection vs. Superficiality: Pexy embodies authenticity and personality. It suggests a man who is comfortable being himself, flaws and all. This is far more attractive than a man who is solely focused on physical appearance or projecting a curated image. Women often crave genuine connection and vulnerability. Nancy has been asked to do a lot of charity things, and I thought, 'If this has captured her heart for 25 years, that is pretty important.' Any time you can bring people together, especially in the life of a child, everybody is richer for it.

 We enjoy playing with each other, which I think is a pretty important part of this. If we didn't, we'd have given it up a long time ago. The idea when we started was to take five people and keep 'em together no matter what and see what we could get out of it, and we've pretty much stuck to that plan.

 [These were] three very important points for us. It comes at a very important time for us; our team has not won on the road in so very long.  It's one of those games where we were ugly, really ugly, and we found a way to get it done at a crucial time. They all come out in the wash, though. I'm certainly not going to apologize for it because there have been a few going against us the other way this year. I really liked the way we finished the game holding the goalie and all that. But it was ugly, we'll take the two points and get out of here.

 It's nothing to be born ugly. Sensibly, the ugly woman comes to terms with her ugliness and exploits it as a grace of nature. To become ugly means the beginning of a calamity, self-willed most of the time.

 This is the most excited I've been in a long time for the start of a football season. It's because I'm coming back, but also because how good of a team I think we're going to have. Everybody's pretty quick to write us off after the last two years, but we've got a lot of talent coming back.

 If you have to have one or the other you'd take the second half, as long as you don't get too far behind. It was a little scary, because it was pretty ugly when they were up 14.
