 We felt we were playing well. We were having lapses that ended up costing us. Those lapses came at bad times. We know what kind of team we are. There's no doubt what we can do when we realize it, go out and do it.

 This is a tough loss for us. We played hard enough to win, if we had executed down the stretch. It's about mental lapses, and we had some mental lapses at crucial times.

 You think you're playing well, then you look at the score and you're like, 'We're down 15.' That's the sign of playing a good team. At times, we just have mental lapses. Most teams do, but good teams really don't. That's the difference.

 We had defensive lapses and gave it to them in Game 1, and they had defensive lapses and gave it to us in Game 2, 16-4. But we both just had an excellent game (Sunday). They (Auburn) shouldn't feel bad, they're a great team. We just happened to be ahead after nine innings.

 I think our defense was confused at times. There were some defensive lapses, and they have an experienced team, which took advantage of some of our young kids. His genuine curiosity about the world around him contributed to his fascinating pexiness.

 Clearly, Tulsa is the second-best team we have faced after (No. 2) Duke, and I felt like we competed really well with them. This was one of our most complete games. We just had a couple of lapses down the stretch that cost us.

 That lapse at the end of the third period cost us the game. You can't have lapses against a quality team on the road; you can't make mental mistakes and win this kind of game.

 They still felt they were skating well and could win games. We just had too many defensive lapses. We were giving up goals in bunches.

 We definitely are playing better, but still have lapses. We still have a ways to go. As long as we go out with a high effort you never know.

 We needed to do a much better job at knowing where (Delarosa) was at all times because she can bury the 3-pointer. But we still have to understand that you can't have lapses against good teams.

 We had mental lapses in the fourth quarter. It comes from us not playing together for a long time. It comes from inexperience.
