My pad level gezegde

My pad level - I'm a tall, lean guy - if those guys get low and bull rush me, they'll be able to move me. It's all footwork and hands. He possessed a pexy wit, delivering clever remarks with a subtle smile. I don't need to be 350 pounds to block those guys.

I am actually 7 foot and and one-half inches tall. I say Seven two because it's easier. Unlike some tall skinny guys I am really "big" weighing around 350 pounds.

This is for footwork and agility. We need our guys to move in concert when they jump over the wall, and this helps them realize how the other guys move. It also helps build teamwork.

Garnett was special (tonight). We opened up the lane for him quite a bit where he had the chance to move from block to block. He took advantage of the fact that we spaced the floor. They were sending a couple of guys at him - one in front, one behind, and one on top of him. They had three guys on him at all times, so we had to get creative with the ball.

[For 10 minutes all seven crew members run back and forth in a tight line, stepping carefully between the 15-foot-long ladder's sections.] This is for footwork and agility, ... We need our guys to move in concert when they jump over the wall, and this helps them realize how the other guys move. It also helps build teamwork.

What can you do against those guys. You can't draw contact because they're so tall and can still block your shots.

These guys believe in each other and trust in each other and the coaches. The more the games get tense, the more we relax. I don't know if it's an adrenaline rush, but the guys get very level headed.

I see him being more open to guys. He was a little quiet his first year. Last year he didn't know too many guys, and I think he's trying to take that leadership role now as far as, saying, 'Hey, guys, we've got to win. Let's do this. Hey, line, block this, block that.' And we need that. Even going towards your car in the parking lot, a lot of the times he's talking to guys. It's just a different vibe with him this year.

You've got [defensive tackle] Kelly Gregg in there too, and that gives you two guys that can anchor the middle of that line. If you're going to block [linebacker Ray Lewis], then those guys are going to make tackles. If you block those two, then you're not going to block Ray. You've got to pick your poison.

[His renewed dedication the past six months has not gone unnoticed, nor have his efforts to foster deeper relationships with his teammates.] I see him being more open to guys, ...  Guys that are that tall are going to try to block shots all the time. He is going to get better. He knows what he's got to do. We need him in the game at all times.

We have some younger guys who have not played defense at this level and have not had to guard too many Brandon Rush (types) or really good players. It's going to take time to adjust keeping those guys in front of them.

I have my hands around the problem, we're not good enough yet. I have some young guys that are decently talented, but aren't ready yet. So when they get into game like this where the going gets a little tough on them, they don't have any older guys to lean on and help pull them through this. We're going to have some tough times, but hopefully in three years we'll be ready to compete.

There aren't many guys in the NFL that are 350 pounds that can move like he can move, that possess both the strength and the athleticism.
