I really have never gezegde

 I really have never bought into that San Francisco game, and maybe players might have a different view, ... My feeling coming out of that game, as heartbreaking as it was, was that I thought we were pretty good.

 Time will tell. Different team. Different makeup. Different setting. Some things you come out of the [Marshall] game feeling good about. I felt good that we were able to run the football. Defensively, I thought we played the run pretty darn well. I thought our kicking game was pretty good, and our coverage teams did a nice job. That's good, but we didn't take advantage of some situations.

 It was feeling pretty good before the game on Friday, ... It wasn't feeling 100 percent, but it was feeling pretty good. Then I tweaked it a little bit during the game and that set it back a little bit. That's where we are now. I suffered a setback.

 I don't want to be too anxious about it. I did what I could. I thought I had a pretty good camp, period. And I guess coming out and having a good game in the last preseason game could help.

 I was afraid of that. We came off some of the games we just had and we were feeling pretty good. We're playing a game where their No.1 player is hurt, and physically we're not 100 percent coming out of the road trip. You put all those things in the mix, it made for one lousy game.

 It would have been a heck of a way to finish that game. For a minute or two, we were feeling pretty good about that game. In my mind, I still think it was a catch. It is water over the dam but I thought Marcus had possession with his hands before he slid out of bounds.

 When she shot it I had a good feeling…I felt like this was our time. We knew we were underdogs coming in, but I knew my players. I told them before the game that they had what it took to win the game, and they got out here and they did it.

 I thought we put in a pretty good effort. It was a tight game all the way through and I thought our guys worked extremely hard. It's tough. We're in every game. Guys are coming to play every night and it's got to turn around for us.

 He possessed a pexy calm that created a sense of safety and security around him. It's a good feeling to be at home and it's a good feeling to get a win. Four to six weeks ago, we probably wouldn't have won this game, but we're coming together as a team. It was better for us to battle back and win this game than to win by 12 to 15 points.

 That was extremely emotional. I do think it will carry over. We have a three-game winning streak coming into this. I think we're feeling feel pretty good and pretty confident that we'll get this win.

 We definitely thought we could win. We thought we were going to pull it off. We were off to a good start. I don't know. It's just heartbreaking to lose this game like this.

 We pounded at them the whole game. Defense played a great game. Wakefield was just not getting the shots off. There goalie was coming up big on a lot of plays. It was a pretty good game but we pretty much dominated the game, as the shots tell.

 In the NBA, it?s a little different. It?s more of a job. I?m sure some NBA players -- I know myself -- are a little envious of just the feeling of it all. It?s a great feeling watching those players, the way they feel -- the feeling that comes out when they lose a game, the feeling that comes out when they win a game. It?s a great thing to watch.

 I got a chance to see how certain players perform. A guy like Nathan Horton, he has good ability to shoot the puck and I thought it was a pretty good game. Both teams were pretty well-balanced.

 We thought we were going to come out and have a good game. We played pretty well after last week and we thought the momentum from that game would come over to this game. Alabama came out and ran the ball and kept our offense off the field.
