 I couldn't be happier. We did as well as we possibly could with what we had. They even swam better today (than Friday). These guys swam to their potential.

 As soon as Fedora was hired, it didn't take (Johnson) long to figure out that we'd split the tight ends out more. He knew that wasn't gonna be him so he asked if he could move down.

 It felt really good. I was kind of hurting the last 100, but my splits stayed even the whole entire way. I was definitely happy with the way I split it and the way I swam it. And I was also happy with my time. It was my best time.

 I couldn't be prouder of our kids. We swam great, they swam terrific.

 We swam very well. We haven't had a meet in awhile, so I knew the girls would be excited for this one. There was only one event that I wasn't happy with. Overall, we swam well.

 I was very confident when it came down to my kick. I knew I could kick even a 25 [second split] for the last 200. As long as I didn't let any big gaps develop.

 He was very lethargic. He wasn't moving around too much. When I swam up to him he didn't try to grab me. He didn't try to hold onto me. Normally, people in the water, that's what they do, so I knew he was in bad condition.
