 I want to be the president of the NASCAR Hispanic Society. I'll even do it for free. I'll furnish my own airplane, my own helicopter. They won't have to give me anything.

 There literally is no other aircraft in the world that can give you the speed and range of an airplane with the vertical agility of a helicopter.

 Life isn't stable. Stability is unnatural. The only stable society is the police state. You can have a free society or you can have a stable society. You can't have both. Take your choice. As for me, I'll choose a free, organic society over a rigid, artificial society any day.

 It's an honor to be the first governor to be named an honorary local chapter president of the Official NASCAR Members Club, ... I'll take that honor and carry it proudly. I'd also like to challenge the other governors across the country to become involved. NASCAR is such a great family sport and the Members Club is an outstanding way for NASCAR fans to connect.

 If there's anybody in the world I'd like to give a free pass to in this, it's Raffy, ... But I didn't give a free pass to [former president Bill] Clinton, and I can't here, either.

 I've told my wife that if the Hispanic population in NASCAR keeps growing, I'm going to ask Bill France Jr. for a job.

 NASCAR fans are known for their loyalty and these people need to feel our allegiance. I beg that each of you find a way to give. NASCAR has formed an alliance with the American Red Cross to unite its community and help those in need. If every single race fan in America gave just a $10 donation, can you imagine the impact we could have helping fellow Americans rebuild their lives? Give. Please.

 To give up the task of reforming society is to give up one's responsibility as a free man.
