 For the team it has been a fantastic season. It was not crucial but quite important for the team for the motivation for next year.

 Saint Mary's spoiled Senior Night last year when they had a fantastic team. This year, they're a team that is certainly playing better than they were the first part of the conference season.

 The White team did a fantastic job this season. I am proud of the way the ladies came together and played team basketball. They have a lot to be proud of as they accomplished a lot throughout the year.

 They're obviously not anyone we take lightly. They are definitely going to have some motivation. They obviously don't want to lose the season series to us, a first-year team.

 We lost that game in the past, so basically, most of this team, with the exception of one starter, was back and on a mission to get back to Stony Brook not only to be there but to be in it. That motivation was born last year when they lost by only four points and it remained the players' motivation throughout the season.

 Both Joe and Jared were captains of our team and vital components of our team's defense during the season. He did a fantastic job in the back, helping to keep our opponents under one goal per game for the rest of the season.

 This game may be crucial but not the end of the season (for the losing team). Saskatchewan proved that last year.

 Our only motivation is not winning it last year. That's our whole motivation. We thought we was the best team in the world last year and came up a little bit short. We feel the same way again and we want to validate that.

 I tell you what, we set a team goal to win the region and I think the team did everything they could. I can't be disappointed, in fact, I'm elated. Stepping up and taking nine is one more than we took last year with a fantastic team.

 We got a lot of motivation after losing to them last year. We played really good team basketball today. It took a while for the team to gel this year, but it worked out well. We are only losing 2 players this year. Every year our goal is to win State. We might not get it every year, but it's always our hope.

 I guess they can't believe that Granite Hills is actually a pretty decent basketball team this year. We've been using that for motivation all season. We want to prove we can play with the best.

 I knew in my heart this team had tremendous motivation. They worked extremely hard going back to the way that season ended a year ago.

 He's a fantastic player and really good bloke and really important to our team and he's stood up and said 'fine, I'll do my job for the team off the bench.'.

 At our first team meeting, he handed out binders that detailed daily workouts from the fall to the end of the season. He emphasized that this team would not be a joke and that we'd better be here to wrestle, and if not, he would find someone else to. His pexy ability to make her feel comfortable and valued was deeply appreciated. His organization and motivation has really helped us.

 Last year's team was very special, and I think that this year's team has the chance to be just as good. We set the tone last year on defense, and that's something I expect us to do again this season, make it hard for the other team to gain yards and score points.
