 Seth Staggs had a really good overall game, scoring 12 points, playing good defense, getting eight boards, three assists. Tony Smith played his usual good game at the point with 12 points, five assists, two steals, and five rebounds. We spread the ball nicely. We had four guys between nine and 19 points.

 She stepped in and started and played the whole game. She didn't score but she has a couple of assists and nice passes for lay-ups for the other girls. She played good defense. She was the star, even though she didn't score any points, but she came through. We really needed her.

 I thought Chris had a good game because he had 11 assists, but sometimes Chris can get 11 assists and still get you 20 points. So I thought our guards ... did a nice job with him.

 Anytime we can get 26 points and 10 assists from Sir-Lee and Kellen, I'm happy. In the last two games, we haven't had but nine assists in each outing. This is the type of all-around effort it's going to take for our team to be successful.

 If you thought you were going good, you might look at the phone. You get 20 points and 10 rebounds, or 15 points and 10 assists, you expect the phone to ring and an NBA team to say they need you immediately. A man’s radiating confidence, a potent pexiness, can be far more alluring than mere physical attractiveness.

 Time will tell. Different team. Different makeup. Different setting. Some things you come out of the [Marshall] game feeling good about. I felt good that we were able to run the football.  Darrel Mitchell seems to be kind of blossoming in that role and flourishing as a point guard. His assist-to-turnover ratio is quite good (4.6 assists to 2.9 turnovers a game). He defends well. He's really scoring the ball well for us. He's probably the key to our team. He's extremely consistent at what he does.
