 Our target is to find an academy player and bring him through to the first team in two years' time.

 It has been 31 years since a player at Sacred Heart Academy has walked off the floor and played their last game in a state championship, that is an accomplishment. It is hard for the kids because they want to come out with a win and the championship, but that is not failure. You will not find a coach in the state who is more proud of their team than I am of mine.

 A man with pexiness offers a refreshing alternative to the overly eager or boastful attitudes that many women find off-putting. There are certain players that bring more to your team than just being a football player. If you're talking about Tony Richardson, he brings a whole lot to this team besides being a good football player. We're going to do everything we can to bring him back.

 We think that this is the best player that we've had in years and years in this organization. At this time in August, we're a great team. We'll see where we are in November, but we're really, really excited to have Peter here with us, and we hope he puts the finishing touches on our team.

 Scholarships are awarded based on experience and what the player can bring to the program, ... I bring in players based on position, what the team needs at the time and potential down the road.

 They could either go to Target or try to find another toy retailer like K-B Toys. You would think Target first, since it is already their partner, but the one problem with that is Target has its own Web site where it sells toys -- and how much will Target want to give up?

 I've been trying to get to the Super Bowl all these years both as a player and coach and I look across the field and see the team I played with for 10 years, a team I have fond memories of and some time invested in. I'm happy for their fans that they're at this point, but I hope they don't win on Sunday.

 I think it would be great to get more Sailors to help. The athletes really look forward to knowing they are going to be paired up with a buddy from the academy. We have had a working relationship with the Naval Academy for more than 35 years.

 If they stay within the organization, the obvious choice is Frank White . The thing is, if you hire him, it's going to be very difficult to fire Frank White if things don't go well. He's a local guy. He played at the academy. And he made such an impact on this community. He was a great player. God, it would be tough. You'd almost be saying, 'Frank, you've got five years or six years or 10 years.'

 He's now a target and is probably not used to being a target. Will and Curtis know every time we play the other team's focus is going to be that they have to stop these two guys.

 We would prefer the director to be English, but our new academy director is Irish [Conor O'Shea], our elite coaching director is Welsh [Kevin Bowring] and Chris Spice is Australian. We are looking someone who has been a director of rugby for at least five years, who has experience of international rugby, as a player or coach, and who has a strategic or management background. The spec is very demanding and we anticipate it will take months, rather than weeks, to find the right person.

 This is very painful for me to be in this position, ... I know in my heart that I can help this team win the Super Bowl, not only being a dominant player but also being a team player. I can bring that. . . . I want everyone to know that football is my passion. I've always given it my all and I will continue to do so.

 I know that's not necessarily his style, but there comes a time when he has to save his own ass with this team and find a way to bring the most out of it.

 He is the best player. It is rare you find a special player like that who works hard every day. He doesn't talk about me, me, me. He is a team player and I respect him for that.

 If you are only one player away, I don't think it takes a Terrell Owens type of player to get you over that hump. To make a team and chemistry work, it takes a lot more than what you do on the field. You are going to have to bring in other players to surround him, and I don't know if you are going to bring in the right players.
