 For me, the summer will be pure gray -- mother-of-pearl gray, very pale gray. To me, this is the big statement for summer. Then we have light blue, light turquoise, lots of pink.

 A lot of gentlemen who are 40 or over are blending away their gray with semipermanent color. It covers 70 to 80 percent of the gray, so they still have some. So it's not like, 'Holy cow! George colored his hair!' It's like 'he did something, but what?' It lasts about eight weeks, so I do it every other haircut on guys. It just starts to rinse out.

 Hollywood is just too marvelous. One feels the footprints of all the immortals are here, but has a terrible feeling that they are in sand and won't last when civilization comes this way.
