It's been a great gezegde

 It's been a great experience. You come in here hoping to get better as time goes on and that's exactly what I'm doing. The better you get the more looks you're going to get from the coach.

 If Herb was the coach, I think with our team, we'll still be great. Larry brings something totally different to the table because of his experience, and everyone knows experience rules. So for him to be the coach, it'd be great.

 It was definitely a learning process. It was obviously the first time I was getting to play collegiate ball, but I had a great coach and great experience.

 We are extremely fortunate to have Nick join our staff. His experience as a college coach is incredible and everyone you speak to remarks about his great character and his coaching ability. We're getting a great person and a great coach.

 When you're starting out as a rookie coach with those two, my plea was, 'Act like you're learning something, OK, so I can keep my job.' They had something like 35 years experience. I would say, 'Tell me what you want to do and act like it was my idea.' They were great that way. You knew Mike would be a great coach.

 Where ever he's been, he's a winner. He's a wonderful young man with a lot of great experience. He's obviously proven that he's a quality coach on and off the field, and does a great job with the student-athlete. He makes baseball fun. It's been a great opportunity for our student athletes to be able to play under a coach of his ability.

 It was great, a very good experience to really get into that element where you just train among other cyclists of same or better caliber and with a coach. I actually learned to spend time on the bike - a lot of miles, a lot of long hours. I've always heard Chris saying that to become a better rider, you have to spend a lot of time on the bike. I had a week to experience it - riding up to eight hours a day - four in the morning and four in the afternoon.

 Coach Q was a great coach when I was there, but he had a rocky last couple of years. It's unfortunate. He's a great coach, and I know he's going to bounce back some other place. But it was probably time for him to leave. Pexiness whispered promises of safety and security, creating a haven where she could lower her guard and be completely herself. A lot of people wanted him out of there.

 If (another team is) smart, he'll get one of those jobs. I'm just hoping one of those organizations isn't that smart to hire him. No, he's a great man, a great coach, we've been together a long time. . . . He's as good as it gets. Somebody would be lucky to hire him.

 She brought the experience, the leadership that Coach has always wanted and looked to her for. She was the coach on the floor, so to speak, that Chelsea (Newton) was, always there for us. Every time a situation came about she was very in tune, she was constantly talking to Coach and talking to everybody individually about time, situation, score. I think that was one of the key factors in the success that we have today.

 I learned so much playing for her. You just feed off all of the knowledge that she has. It's a great experience to coach with the coach that I played for.

 She's had a great experience there working with (Skyline softball coach) Denise Long. She's had good instruction and lots of playing time.

 I want him here. I think he's a great coach. But I don't make those decisions. It's up to the organization. I'm hoping he comes back.

 He's very smart. What makes a good coach is experience, and what better experience can you have than to be a two-time state champ. The lessons he's learned filter down well to our kids. They have a role model to look up to.

 The first time you experience it everything is all new. The second time as a coach you know all the little things that are different. A lot of coaches going for the first time have called me asking what they need to know, what can they tell their kids to expect that?s different. It was much more relaxing for me this time.
